Vitrocsa Achieves The Best Ultimate Wind Strength Rating in Australia for a minimal system.

The highest wind speed for cyclonic conditions in Australia is currently categorized at 280km/hr. Vitrocsa’s latest testing reached 360km/hr winds without fail.

In a recent Australian test conducted by Azuma Design Pty Ltd, a world recognized accreditation laboratory, Vitrocsa confirmed its rating after reaching 80kms above, the highest category for cyclonic conditions verifying locally that Vitrocsa is one of the highest-performing sliding systems on the world market. Vitrocsa design all their products to withstand the most extreme conditions, these results demonstrating that even under such stringent testing Vitrocsa systems are capable of weathering so much more.

Statistically more than half of Australia’s coastline endures cyclonic conditions every year. In some areas Category 4 cyclones carry an expected wind speed of 252km/hr, with Category 5 cyclones reaching 317km/hr. Now, with this higher classification, Vitrosca’s products can ensure any building, in a variety of locations and environments, is built according to such exacting wind class standards and building codes.
